All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour Mix (Bulk)

*This gluten-free flour mix is awesome! It will work perfectly for cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pancakes and whatever else calls for a GF flour mix. It is essential that you mix these ingredients extremely well before storing so that you have a perfect balance. Also, make sure when using this recipe you add xanthan gum in order to thicken and stabilize the ingredients in your recipe. A good rule of thumb is to add about 1/2 teaspoon per 1 cup of flour. This recipe makes a pretty big batch so you won’t need to restock for a little while! 

Ingredients:

  • 1+1/2 cups brown rice flour
  • 2+1/2 cups white rice flour
  • 1+1/3 cups potato starch
  • 2/3 cup tapioca flour

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well using a whisk. 
  2. Next, sift all of your ingredients together to make sure everything is equally combined! 
  3. Store in an airtight container and keep in your refrigerator to assure freshness!
