It is essential that you mix these ingredients extremely well before storing so that you have a perfect balance. Also, make sure when using this recipe you add xanthan gum in order to thicken and stabilize the ingredients in your recipe. A good rule of thumb is to add about 1/2 teaspoon per 1 cup of flour. This recipe makes a pretty big batch so you won’t need to restock for a little while!
