Basic Replenishing Juice (Greens, Cucumbers, Apple, Orange)

**Not too long ago I purchased my first professional juicer. I have been so pleased with the results from it and use it at least 3 times a week. I use mason jars and glass containers to store the juices for about 24-36 hours after I first make it. This is an awesome way to get your vegetable servings in for the day. Add an apple or any other piece of fruit to masque some of the flavors from the veggies and you are in for a real treat!! Juicing is good for the soul!! Give it a try in the morning instead of your normal cup of coffee… you will start the day feeling nothing less than amazing! 

Serving Size: 2

Prep/Cook Time: 2-5 minutes

Ingredients:

-2 cups juicing greens (baby kale & spinach)
-1-2 medium size cucumbers
-1 apple (stem removed)
-1 orange (peeled)

Add all of the above ingredients into a juicer. Give it a taste at the end and add more of anything you would like more flavor of. Pour it into a mason jar or a juicing container to keep for later!
