It’s important to keep track of the contact information to assure who you spoke to originally will be the point person making sure your wedding day is perfect! Wedding budget??? Yes, you should have one! Keep track of how much you have spent per vendor so that you don’t create any huge financial burdens. **Make sure to update this sheet regularly as you pay and give deposits so that you are double-checking what is coming out of your pocket as you approach your big day!

 

**Tip #1- Leading up to the wedding, you will want to make sure your venue and other vendors have copies of the contact information for some of the important services you will be using. You can easily copy & paste from the first four columns and share away with those that need it!

**Tip #2- It’s also a great idea to make sure your maid of honor & best man both has a copy of the contact information for your vendors leading up-to your special day to handle any problem that may arise.

**Tip # 3-
Give your “key” vendors a copy of the contact information for your maid of honor and best man in the event that they need to reach you. Chances are you will not have your phone on you during your special day and obviously, emergencies happen and you will want to be informed if by chance it does!
