*Popsicles are a great summer treat on a hot day, but when you buy the store-bought brand you can’t be too sure of what exactly is in them. Try this wholesome popsicle recipe with whatever fruit you have on hand! P.S- Leaving a bit of the fruit chunks is an added bonus when enjoying these tasty treats!!
Ingredients:
– 3 cups watermelon
-3 cups frozen mango chunks
-1 tablespoon honey
-1 cup coconut water
Directions:
- In a food processor or strong blender, mix the watermelon and mango together and slowly add the coconut water and honey until smooth.
- Place the puree mixture in each of the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
- Enjoy!
