Watermelon Mango Popsicles (Naturally Sweetened!)

*Popsicles are a great summer treat on a hot day, but when you buy the store-bought brand you can’t be too sure of what exactly is in them. Try this wholesome popsicle recipe with whatever fruit you have on hand! P.S- Leaving a bit of the fruit chunks is an added bonus when enjoying these tasty treats!! 

Ingredients: 

– 3 cups watermelon

-3 cups frozen mango chunks

-1 tablespoon honey

-1 cup coconut water

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or strong blender, mix the watermelon and mango together and slowly add the coconut water and honey until smooth. 
  2. Place the puree mixture in each of the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours. 
  3. Enjoy!
